Mourning at the Workplace

Overcoming Speechlessness - Fulfilling the Duty of Care - Developing a Grief Culture

Death and mourning are part of life, so they do not stop at the company doors. However, crises of this type do not need to be a catastrophe at the workplace if executives and fellow employees know how to deal with them in a good way.

This book provides HR managers with the necessary basics for how to take appropriate action in acute cases and establish the topic of grief as part of the company culture in the long term.

  • Helpful and compact guide for executives and HR managers at companies and institutions
  • The author is well-networked within both the corporate context and as a grief counsellor
